Delayed Luggage Notification

We would like to extend our sincere apologies for the luggage issues you might have experienced during your recent flight with us. We understand how important it is for you to receive your luggage in a timely manner and we regret any inconvenience this has caused.
Unfortunately, the situation is beyond our control, as OR Tambo International Airport is currently experiencing network issues that have led to a malfunction in the track and trace capabilities of the airport baggage sorting system. As a result, all checked luggage out of the ORTIA is being manually sorted, which is causing delays in the delivery of luggage to the respective arrival airports.
We are working closely with the airport authorities to resolve the issue as soon as possible, but in the meantime, we encourage you to visit the lost property office at the arrival airport for further assistance if you have not received your luggage.
