Your Flight Has Been Cancelled

Although we always try at all costs to avoid cancelling flights, national protest actions are negatively impacting FlySafair operations and are forcing us to make cancellations. There are two options available to you: 1. Make a completely free change: You can stick to your current route and choose new flight times, or you can pick totally new flights; or 2. Cancel your booking to your FlySafair Wallet, for the full value of your cancelled booking. You can use this credit at a later date to book new flights. You will need to redeem your credit within 12 months – that's to say that you need to spend it within 12 months, but you can purchase any available flights. You can make these changes yourself using the My Booking section of our website.  To view all the options available to you, go to the My Booking section of our website, enter your six-letter booking reference number and the last name of one of the travellers, and select the option that applies to you.
